These terms cover your use of the Avansa Personal AI Assistant ("Avansa", "we"). By texting our number or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What Avansa does

Avansa is an AI assistant that works by text message. You text it a request, such as booking a restaurant table. It may phone a business for you using an AI voice agent, then texts you the result. Avansa is in an early, invite-only alpha, so features may change and it will sometimes get things wrong.

AI calls on your behalf

• When Avansa calls a business for you, the agent says it is an AI assistant calling for you. It never claims to be human.
• The agent gives the business the details you provided, such as your name, party size, time, and a phone number where the business can reach you.
• We can't guarantee a booking or any other result. Always check important details, such as a reservation, directly with the business.
• Avansa never agrees to payments, deposits, or fees for you.

Text message program

• Program: Avansa Personal AI Assistant. Texts are replies to requests you send us.
• How you opt in: by texting +1 (888) 540-8188, or by checking the SMS consent box when you join the waitlist.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your usage.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more texts unless you reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or email david@avansa.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and use a mobile number that is yours.
• Give accurate details. Don't ask Avansa to call anyone for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
• Don't try to overload, misuse, or get around Avansa's usage limits.

We may limit, suspend, or end access at any time, especially to prevent abuse.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We never sell your mobile number or opt-in data, and we never share them with third parties for marketing.

No warranty and limits on liability

Avansa is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed reservation, or for the actions of the businesses we contact for you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll let users know by text. Continuing to use Avansa after a change means you accept the new terms.
